Round Table on “National Values and Modern Youth”

Senior Lecturer of the Department of “History of Kazakhstan and Social and Public Disciplines” A.A. Bekkulova held a round table discussion on the topic “National Values and Modern Youth” with first-year students of the “Dentistry” educational program.
The purpose of the round table was to foster respect for national values among students, promote the traditions and cultural heritage of the Kazakh people, strengthen national consciousness and spiritual-moral education, as well as encourage modern youth to actively contribute to the development of society while preserving their national identity. In addition, the event aimed to enhance patriotic spirit among young people and promote the continuity of national upbringing and modern values.
During the round table, participants exchanged opinions on the importance of national culture, language, traditions, family upbringing, and the role of national values in youth education. Students shared their thoughts and delivered presentations on the role of young people in modern society and the relevance of preserving national identity.
As part of the event, video materials promoting national values were shown, and an open-format discussion was organized among the participants. The students emphasized the importance of preserving the spiritual heritage of the Kazakh people and passing it on to future generations.
The round table was held at a high level and contributed to increasing students’ interest in national values, as well as strengthening their spiritual and moral education.
