
Acting Associate Professor of the Department of “History of Kazakhstan and Social Sciences and Humanities,” G.S. Aidarbekova, held a round table with 2nd-year students of the “Medicine” educational program on the topic “My success is my result.” The purpose of the event was to increase students’ sense of responsibility on the path to personal achievement, strengthen their motivation, and explain the importance of professional and personal development for future doctors. During the round table, students shared their academic achievements, experiences in overcoming difficulties, and future goals. The main factors of success were also discussed — hard work, continuous development, effective time management, and the ability to set clear goals. G.S. Aidarbekova emphasized the importance of systematic effort in life and professional development, noting that every achievement is the result of personal work. Special attention was given to the role of responsibility and continuous self-improvement for future medical professionals. The event was held in an open discussion format. Students actively participated, expressed their opinions freely, and asked questions. The round table had a strong motivational impact, increasing students’ interest in their studies and professional development.
