SKMA hosts seminar for administrative department heads on the effective use of the «ChatGPT Edu» platform

South Kazakhstan Medical Academy (SKMA) JSC held an informational and practical seminar for heads of administrative departments entitled «ChatGPT Edu: Effective Application of Artificial Intelligence in Administrative and Management Activities».
The main objective of the event was to introduce opportunities for integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the Academy's administrative and management activities, optimizing management processes, and enhancing employees' digital competencies.

The seminar was organized by the Academy's Digital Officer, Aibek Nurpeisov, who emphasized the importance of effectively applying artificial intelligence technologies not only in education but also in administrative and managerial activities.
During the seminar, Abdulkarim Abdulrakhmanuly, an AI Methodologist at «Bilim Group», introduced the key features of the «ChatGPT Edu» platform and demonstrated practical approaches to using it in everyday professional activities.

Participants were presented with practical examples of preparing official documents and reports, organizing and analyzing information, developing work plans, providing information and analytical support for management decisions, and optimizing routine daily tasks.
Special attention was given to the responsible use of artificial intelligence, digital ethics, personal data protection, and compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
During the concluding session, participants had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss potential applications of the platform within the Academy's administrative and structural departments.
The seminar marked an important initiative aimed at advancing the Academy's digital transformation, improving management efficiency, and gradually integrating artificial intelligence technologies into daily workflows.
