SKMA implements exchange of experience within the framework of academic mobility

Assistants of the Department of Nursing at the Kazakh National Medical University named after S. Asfendiyarov - Sadakbayeva Gulim Kuanyshevna, Imanbek Bagymzhan Keneskyzy and Sharbat Nurbolatovna Makhambetova visited the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy from March 26 to April 8, 2026, as part of the academic mobility program.
The main purpose of the visit was the exchange of academic, scientific and practical experience in the field of nursing, the improvement of the educational process, as well as the development of professional cooperation between higher education institutions.
As part of the program, the Department of Emergency Medicine and Nursing provided comprehensive organizational and academic support to the invited teachers. During the visit, training sessions were held for students in the educational program 6B10104 “Nursing" 3rd - 4th year, in the discipline "Nursing in gerontology" in group B-MIC-01-22 Sadakbayeva G. K. and Imanbayeva B. K. in group B-MIC-01-23, accelerated 1st year (10 months) from March 26 to April 8, she conducted lectures, practical training, and classes on SIW, which lasted 72 hours. These classes contributed to the development of students' professional competencies, the formation of clinical thinking and the development of modern knowledge in the field of medicine.
The Academic Mobility program is an effective platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience between teachers and students. Such interaction contributes to improving the quality of medical education, introducing innovative approaches and developing the professional potential of future specialists.
In addition, the implementation of the program strengthens partnerships between universities and creates conditions for the development of joint scientific and educational projects. We are confident that academic mobility will contribute to the further strengthening of professional ties and the development of bilateral cooperation.
