Students have begun their industrial practice

Starting from April 13, 2026, in accordance with Order No. 380 of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy “On Assignment for Industrial Practice,” industrial training in the course “Industrial Technology of Medicines” has begun for 5th-year students of the Educational Program “Pharmacy.”
Students are undertaking their industrial training at JSC “Khimprom,” LLP “EkoPharm International,” and LLP “Fito-Api Pharm.” These enterprises serve not only as training sites but also as strategic partners of our academy and potential future employers of graduates. In this regard, this component of the educational process is of particular importance, as it represents a key stage that provides a direct pathway to successful employment and the professional development of future pharmacists.
During the industrial training, professional competencies of future specialists are formed. Students gain comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, master the main technological stages of drug production, production processes, and quality control methods. They also improve their skills in operating manufacturing equipment, complying with technological regulations, and meeting safety requirements.
