
With the initiative of the Department of Neurology, Psychiatry, Rehabilitology and Neurosurgery, a meaningful and thought-provoking educational session was organized for 5th-year students of the General Medicine program — groups V-ZhMKA-05-21, V-ZhMKB-05-21, V-ZhMKA-06-21 — within the framework of directions defined by the Internal Policy Department of the city of Shymkent. During the session, future physicians discussed key issues related to the development trajectory of modern Kazakhstani society. In particular, attention was given to the role of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in social life, the formation of legal culture and respect for the rule of law, as well as the development of environmental awareness within the framework of the “Taza Kazakhstan – Taza Kala” concept. These topics were presented through presentations, visual materials, and situational case studies. The event was attended by associate professors Mustapayeva Gulnara Abdymagitovna, Yerkebayeva Saltanat Kaldybekovna, Polukchi Tatyana Vasilyevna, as well as assistants Tolebayeva Gauhar Yeruzakhovna, Mussayeva Saule Kalmakhanovna, Yessetova Ainur Amirkhanovna, Ramanova Gulnafis Bakytzhanovna, who highly appreciated the students’ engagement and the depth of their understanding of the discussed topics. In conclusion, the educational session not only enhanced students’ knowledge but also broadened their analytical thinking and helped them better understand their role in society. Future professionals recognized the importance of professional responsibility, civic awareness, and conscious decision-making in the context of contemporary social development. Such formats of engagement contribute to increased social activity among young people and the formation of sustainable modern values.
