The Department of Pediatrics-1 took part in a national campaign organized within the framework of the “Taza Kazakhstan” program

On April 25, 2026, under the organization of the KSU "Youth Policy Administration of Shymkent City" and within the framework of the "Taza Qazaqstan" program, citywide cleaning activities were held to improve the environmental condition of our city. Active youth from all sectors of society, residents, and public organizations participated in this event, paying special attention to the issues of environmental protection.
Taking into account the importance of this event, 40 active young people contributed their efforts under the leadership of the Head of the Pediatrics-1 Department, K.S. Kemelbekov, along with the faculty members of the department: A.T. Adilbekova, G.S. Baymakova, as well as medical interns of the 7th-year internship groups (IPK-01-02-03-04-05-24) and 3rd-year students of the Faculty of Medicine (groups В-MOB-10-23, В-MOA-11-23). The participation of active youth was not limited only to physical cleaning; it was also an important step toward forming an ecological culture and increasing the sense of responsibility for environmental protection among young people.
As a result of the cleaning work, visible cleanliness was ensured across the city territory, creating a favorable environment for the residents. Furthermore, the ecological activity and civic responsibility of the youth increased, which clearly serves as an essential foundation for improving the city's environmental state in the future.
This event is evaluated as an effective measure aimed at implementing the main goals of the "Taza Qazaqstan" project, forming ecological consciousness among youth, and developing a culture of maintaining city cleanliness on a sustainable basis.
In this regard, it is necessary to highlight the active participation of the youth and the professional work of the organizers, as their labor made a significant contribution to creating a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for the city's inhabitants. There is great confidence that such ecological initiatives will be held regularly in the future, helping our city become a clean and ecologically safe urban environment.
