On September 23, 2026, a seminar-training session on the topics “The Future of Independent Kazakhstan Is in the Hands of the Younger Generation!” and “Civil Rights and Responsibilities” was organized by M. Malikov, Senior Lecturer of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Social Sciences, for first-year students of the “Technology of Pharmaceutical Production” educational program.
The main purpose of the event was to increase students’ civic responsibility, develop legal literacy, expand their understanding of the rights and responsibilities of citizens enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and strengthen their sense of responsibility for the future of the country.
During the seminar, important issues related to the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, sustainable development of the state, and the role of young people in the development of society and the future of the country were discussed. Particular attention was paid to civil rights and responsibilities, compliance with legislation, legal culture, public order, and the responsible exercise of one’s rights.
During the training, students actively participated in discussions, answered questions, analyzed various real-life situations, and expressed their views. Interactive tasks contributed to the development of critical thinking, communication and decision-making skills, as well as an active civic position.
At the end of the event, it was emphasized that the future of the country depends on educated, responsible, and active citizens. Students were reminded that respect for the law, knowledge of one’s rights and responsibilities, and active participation in public life are important components of civic responsibility.
The seminar-training was conducted in an engaging and interactive format and had significant educational value, contributing to the development of students’ legal awareness, civic culture, and sense of responsibility for the future of Kazakhstan.
