“The Future Shines Bright Through Knowledge”: The Academic Year Begins on a Positive Note

On September 1, as part of the celebration of Knowledge Day, the Department of Family Medicine held a ceremonial event entitled “The Future Shines Bright Through Knowledge.”

The main purpose of the event was to congratulate students on the beginning of the new academic year, emphasize the importance of education and science, and encourage young people to pursue knowledge, responsibility, and patriotism. The event also aimed to strengthen close cooperation between the department staff and students and to create a positive and supportive psychological atmosphere.

Highlights of the event:

The opening remarks were delivered by Head of the Department, Zhumaly Aripbayuly Kauyzbay, who extended his warm wishes to the students and emphasized the importance of receiving quality education and continuously improving their professional competencies.

The event continued with a speech by Kulzira Kenesovna Salkhozhaeva, Head of Academic Affairs of the Department and Master of Public Health. In her address, she discussed with medical interns the role of education in society, the importance of professional development, and the need to strive to become competitive and highly qualified specialists. She also presented the department’s goals and plans for the upcoming academic year.
