Zero tolerance for corruption should become a civic stance for every Kazakhstani citizen, while honesty and integrity must become the norm of behavior.

Working with the younger generation plays a fundamentally important role in fostering an anti-corruption culture. 

Only the introduction of anti-corruption behavior standards from an early age can help eliminate this social evil.
