On October 16, 2025, an event on "Stress Management and Emotional Intelligence Development" was organized by the Psychological Service for the students of the International Faculty in groups VM-MMA-02-24 and VM-MShV-02-24.
In modern society, people face various psycho-emotional burdens, informational pressure, and social stress in their daily lives. These factors directly affect a person's overall quality of life, emotional stability, and mental health. In this regard, explanatory work was organized to manage stress, develop emotional intelligence (EQ), and prevent depression.
The main goal of the event was to increase the participants' psychological literacy, teach effective emotion management, help identify stress conditions at an early stage, and explain ways to prevent depression. Additionally, based on the psychological diagnostic results of HATS I and HATS II (Human Assessment Tools System), explanatory work was conducted considering each participant’s individual behavioral characteristics and stress levels.
